Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products and personal-care items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Contact us through the Contact page before sending any item. We will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

If the item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
